Massachusetts-based Sager Electronics officially launched its updated Web site this week, featuring easier navigation, enhanced search capabilities and more product information, the company said.
"The new Sager.com's user-friendly interface provides our customers with an enhanced online shopping experience," said Faris Aruri, vice president of corporate marketing for Sager Electronics. "Customers can now source and quote product quickly and easily through part number and key word searches, detailed product category menus and new manufacturer landing pages.”
Aruri also pointed to the site’s new product grids and product detail pages that display product attributes, pricing and availability as well as images and links to datasheets—all of which allow customers to make quick and informed purchases.
“Customers using the new Sager.com can purchase available products in a secure environment using their credit cards,” the company said in a statement announcing the launch. “Enhanced html emails are sent throughout the customer experience to welcome new Sager.com customers, confirm quotes and orders, announce shipments, and provide copies of invoices. Customers may visit their online accounts to review their orders and quotes and track their shipments.”
The 125-year-old Sager is a wholly owned subsidiary of electronic components distributor TTI, Inc. A Berkshire Hathaway company, TTI purchased Sager earlier this year.
