Mouser Electronics announced new enhancements to its Automotive Applications microsite aimed at serving engineers working in the rapidly evolving electric vehicle market.
The new sections of the site are devoted to Electric Vehicle and Hybrid Electric Vehicle design and include three key areas: Battery Charging, Start/Stop System, and HEV Main Inverters. Users can access detailed block diagrams and pull up a list of Mouser-stocked parts needed to build that piece of the system at the click of a mouse. The site also features technical articles, application notes, white papers, instructional videos, solution guides and more.
“At Mouser Electronics we know that to stay competitive, design engineers must keep up with the latest techniques and technologies,” Kevin Hess, Mouser’s vice president of technical marketing, said in a statement announcing the new features. “The addition of the EV and HEV applications to the Automotive Applications site helps anyone interested in electric automotive design keep their technical knowledge up-to-date along with immediate access to the latest components.”
Mouser’s Web site features 21 Applications & Technologies sites, covering everything from Audio to Wireless Mesh Networking.
